Brazilian-born event chef and Culinary Director of Field & Story Farm, specializing in private dining, intimate weddings, and curated gatherings. Adriana’s culinary perspective is shaped by her Brazilian and Asian heritage, along with formative time exploring food culture in France and Italy, where she developed a deep respect for technique, seasonality, and ingredient integrity. At Field & Story Farm, she leads the culinary vision for Hidden Table dinners, micro-events, and immersive food experiences rooted in atmosphere and place. Her work balances refinement with warmth, where thoughtful detail, hospitality, and storytelling matter as much as the menu itself.

In addition to hosting curated events at the farm, Adriana provides on-location culinary services for private homes, estates, and select venues, collaborating closely with planners and creative teams to deliver beautifully executed celebrations.
