Adriana brings a perspective shaped by her Brazilian roots and Asian heritage, along with time spent exploring food culture in France and Italy.
Her approach balances technique with intuition, guided by seasonality and a respect for ingredients. At the farm, she leads the culinary direction for Hidden Table dinners and gatherings, where the experience is shaped by the landscape, the moment, and the people gathered.
Beyond the farm, she works with a select number of clients, creating on-location culinary experiences for private homes and celebrations
